1. Corporations: Any corporation that has failed more than 3x, should automatically be held accountable in court. Laws should be changed to ensure that the damages are severe enough to ensure future compliance.
2. City: I no longer see city staff on the street cleaning city streets. Why?
3. Schools: With funding cut to schools, you have schools where there is a ton of garbage in the fields near schools. There are needles, garbage, cans, plastic, etc. Who is responsible for cleaning that?
eg. back of Bishop Allen Academy on Royal York Road in Etobicoke
4. Individuals: I think a fine of $50-100 would be fair for "intentionally" throwing garbage
5. Waterfront: Anyone polluting the waterfront, should face higher fines.
