All of S. ,significant wildlife habitat and corridors, any other significant topographic features, and classes 1-4 farm land. Farm land in S.Ont. is near major population centres and is needed for food production for the projected additional 6 millionpeople.Once the above has been done, then land can be intelligently be released forthe right kind of development in the right places based on knowledge, and not on short term greed and profit. Also industry and development should be spread across Ont.to provide employment for our young people in the smaller centres where housing is cheaper with much less traffic congestion there reducing the need to build expensive infrastructure to move cars, trucks, and people in the GTA. With recent flooding in various parts Ont.,the violent storm along the U.S. east coast, climate change is happening. NOTE- in the long run,MOTHER NATURE WINS !
