Page 12 of this government's, Made in Ontario Environmental Plan, it states, "We will take strong enforcement action to protect our lakes, waterways and ground water from pollution."
Given that the Bill 132 proposals wish to slacken regulations on the use of pesticides and sale and usage of neonicotinoids, I fail to see how this gov't will hold up it's promise.

For example, reintroducing pesticides to cemeteries as proposed, is totally unnecessary, since this again would be for cosmetic purposes only. Many people today are allergic to pesticides and children are highly susceptible to the dangers of exposure. What are we thinking here? It is bad enough that children and others are exposed on sports fields, so why bring more harm to people animals, and the environment. Cemetery soils already have plenty of chemicals to deal with from casket materials, embalming liquids among other elements.

Regarding the NNI's, deregulation and softening sales regulations, and uses will be a step backwards. Also less oversight protection will mean more possibility to pollute. The above do not instill confidence in the gov't 'to our lakes, waterways and ground water from pollution', as stated above.
