Bill 132 is proposing significant and sweeping changes to how corporations are held to account for the damages that they cause to the environment.
30 days is not nearly enough time to review the impacts that such a change would usher in, and MUST be extended to allow for proper evaluation and consultation on this issue.
I am speaking out AGAINST BILL 132, and implore our elected officials to perform their duty to represent the desires of their constituents rather than buckle to the demands of industry at the expense of the general public.
