Pesticides, neonicotinoids…

Pesticides, neonicotinoids and others, are known to cause serious harm to both wild and domestic insects, and have been pointed as one of the main drivers of pollinator collapse. This in turn is damaging birds and other wildlife. We cannot afford loosing these animals, as they play a vital role in our natural ecosystems.

As an organic farmer, these proposed changes represent a direct threat to my business, as I am surrounded by conventional farms. I urge you to reconsider them, and to actually limit the use of pesticides. Our children deserve to grow up in a clean environment, free of poison and full of life.
