The fact that you even need to do consulting for this is disgusting. How can a public good like water, that we have to pay for as the tax payers to upkeep, be something you sell for pennies that make them billions in profit. Do we not have the capabilities to extract this water ourselves? At least charge something that will somewhat encompass the inherent value of water, instead of a disrespectful 5 cents per thousand litres now.
