I am completely opposed to any move by your government to reduce protection for species at risk in Ontario. Simply exempting forest operations from the legislation will be a disastrous move. I request that Ontario stop any plan to amend legislation until there is a solid plan to protect and recover species at risk while at the same time sustainably managing forest operations.
