In 2020, the idea of pushing ahead with more environmental destruction, and ignoring the needs of endangered species is ludicrous. We need more protected areas, not fewer. We need more sustainable jobs, not more environmentally destructive ones. We need to stop being greedy and start working towards leaving a planer our children and grandchildren can actually live on. The Doomsday Clock is 100 seconds to midnight. Don't push us even closer for the sake of a few lousy dollars.
