Why is the environmental department going to realize that dumping waste on fertile farm land should not be allowed even when the fields have been left fellow for a number of years they can still be productive for generations but human waste will ruin the land. Also do you consider the neighbours and what this will smell like and WHAT HAPPENS to the VALUE of their HOME S. please reconsider what you are proposing.
