I would assume the private citizens living next door would not like the extra traffic nor negative impact on the value of their homes if this proposal goes through.

My friend is looking to buy this summer a few properties down from there.
This may be a factor in his decision to buy this house and land. Also making this property More difficult to sell.

I couldn’t imagine taking on a mortgage then finding out my investment has dropped due to the fact no one wants to live next to a dumping site.
