I am strongly against the dumping of human waste on the Barry Line Property. I own property within 200 yards of the site. Not only will it cause many contaminate problems and smell but it will devalue my property immensely. Why wasn’t I notified of this proposal prior to the announcement. It should follow the same rules as a minor variance to adjacent properties.
