My question is where is all the money coming from to build all these upgrades. It seems to me it is at the whim of each government what gets shelved for instance the hwy 6 upgrade has been ongoing for approximately 35 years. That seems ridiculous!!!
Why are there not buses to colleges or universities in the plan as they spend the most money on transportation especially in the south western hub. It is almost impossible to get a bus from the Welland campus to Guelph or from Humber to Guelph. It does seem like that is where the money is not big business which comes and goes. There will ALWAYS be students!!
