Dear Stan Cho, and Provincial decision-makers. We have been members and homeowners in Willowdale since 1988, and love where we live. PLEASE continue to ensure that our community looks after the young and old of Willowdale by ensuring that developers pay the necessary fees to help build parks, community centres and the like.
