I am disgusted that a provincial government, which believes in freedom of choice for residents would destroy local choice regarding development. Furthermore, in a system where cities are not allowed to run a deficit, and in a time when infrastructure needs more and more repair, it is not myopic, it is insane to curb the amounts available to cities and neighbourhoods to look after citizen's human needs.
Two things:1) I AM a Taxpayer, in the vernacular of some politicians, but I am also a citizen, a parent and a breathing human being.
2) COVID-19 does not change my view, stated above, it merely reinforces that view.
