Attached please find a submission from Parks and Recreation Ontario responding to ERO 019-1406.
While PRO supports many of the amendments since the last regulatory posting, PRO strongly urges the government to pause implementation of the proposed CBC regime until such time as municipalities are able to provide more detailed analysis and input. Of particular concern is the prescribed maximum percentage for Community Benefits Charges.
