I am shocked that this is even being proposed. Not only will it heavily pollute our neighbourhood, the 100+ trucks per day going down Beechgrove Drive are a major health and safety hazard. This is a 40 km/h residential street with lots of children and elderly residents. This should be a non-starter. Where is the traffic impact assessment, as well as the environmental impact assessment? The existing sewage treatment plant is already heavily impacting the quality of life in the area, as well as the industrial plants on Coronation Drive. Enough is enough! Keep this stuff away from residential communities.
