Raising my concern with the potential direct and indirect outcomes with this proposal. Appears to be a relatively short timeline for an understanding of why this entity is needed and what reviews have been required to affirm the safe operation of this anaerobic digester plant. How does the operation of this facility affect traffic in and around the plant. What happens if there is a waste spill. What assurance is given to confirm the product actually transferred to the facility has no bio hazard material.
What assurance is provided to confirm the air quality in this area will not be altered by this operation.
Based on present information there are far more questions than answers that need to be discussed, before any decision is made on this proposal.
