This proposal should be delayed until the current pandemic has ended and a community meeting can be held wherein the proponent would have to represent themselves and directly answer the public's concerns. As matters stand, it appears there would be no transparency and a neighbourhood could be permanently harmed by an unscrupulous numbered and anonymous corporation.
