To Whom it May Concern,
The comment period has been extended until June 23rd although this does not take into account the fact that due to COVID-19, we cannot meet with the proponent face to face to express our concerns and why such a facility should not be located close to a residential area, but rather it should be located close to a major highway (the 400 series) to facilitate access.
The proponent should be setting up a virtual meeting using an on-line application such as ZOOM because of the limitations imposed by COVID-19 and be prepared to talk about its application and its contribution to emissions, traffic, noise, odours and safety that would ensue.
