I feel strongly that the community that will be most impacted by the approval of this proposal be given the opportunity to voice their concerns and ask questions of the proponent. It’s inconceivable in a democracy that this kind of neighbourhood development might be done without fair community interaction and without impartial consideration of all concerns raised.
