My husband and I live on Wildlark Drive, and are very concerned about the proposal to have more
traffic and hazardous waste material in the area.
The trucks on Manse Road already pose a hazard, as many cannot make the turn properly at the
corner of Lawrence Ave. East and Manse Road.
Add that to the air quality and as concerned citizens we feel it is TOO MUCH going on in our area.
We like to think that this part of Scarborough is home to wildlife, birds, and is good for people
walking the trails, but to have another very contentious proposal is very troubling for us, and also for the health and welfare not only of those who live here now, but those in the future.
Thank you for listening, and we hope that the Ontario government takes as much time to listen, and to prepare, as they have done in battling COVID-19. Let's do the right thing here!!
