During this Coved-19 example where a new corona virus moved from distant animals to human animals and spread globally within a few months --meaningful action on CWD is needed
MNRF public health units have been proactive (rabies examples) addressing these kinds of serious spread vectors caused by animal movement and concentrations that also infect and devalue magnificent wildlife.
The costs of inaction or inadequate action ( examples abound) are horrific
The potential narrowing gap between cervid and human infection in this regard is also being addressed by this.
Recommend approval and stiff fines for non-compliance
