I am the resident of West Hill neighbourhood. I am complete against the proposed construction of the Large Waste Facilitiy in a residential neighbourhood. I belive it will impact the living of the residents of West Hill area and the surronding negatively impacting and creating air polution, endangering wild life and creating unnecesary traffic congestion in our neighbourhood. The plant will also increase risk of chemial spils. As a resident I am totally against this.
