This traffic study is deeply flawed and reeks of conflict of interest. The study should be done by the province, should not cherry pick intersections, and should weigh all externalities such as noise and pollution from the large number of heavy trucks in and out of the site 24 hours a day.

I feel that this proposal is being railroaded through, first during COVID when no one could attend meetings. Now with a one week extension to a biased traffic study ? This comment period needs to be extended, and the traffic study thrown out and replaced with one done my the province that is far more detailed.

I believe that this entire project needs to be relocated and I would go further to state that the area in question should be rezoned to prevent this from happening in the future. This is a densely populated urban area. the proponent is being extremely opportunistic with this approval process.
