I would like to congratulate the Minister & Staff, including the OFAH & the OHC for bringing this long over due issue to a resolution. Further you have my full support in implementing this proposal. The one change I would suggest you make is the harvest numbers of Goshawks 10 rather than 5, the population can easily support this number .
