I understand wild caught birds are better hunters .... but the process of manning a wild Raptor is borderline cruel ... it involves breaking the bird down mentally and making it dependent! There are many captive bred Raptors to access through breeders. Also people with no knowledge of the laws will think they can trap and keep wild Raptors.
