Section 1.2.3. insert, "consideration for lifecycle costs, future inspection, etc.

Installing cheap stuff means reduced lifespan.

Table 1. These numbers look awfully out of date. I can't find my old MOE design book with appendix that had these numbers (I think they are the same). They are 40 years old. With low water use fixtures now, these are way high, I think.

Section 2.1.5: add sentence, "These I/I values shall not be used in acceptance testing of new sewer infrastructure."

Section 2.2.1: Reword 2nd sentence, "if it can be demonstrated that there will be no additional operational challenges with this pipe size.

Section 2.3.1: manufacturers of PVC pipe call for 0.10 or perhaps 0.11 (see attached snapshot from IPEX manual). We should update this number to 0.11, or say, "Manning's equation "n" of 0.11 for PVC, 0.13 for concrete pipe, or as otherwise recommended by the manufacturer"...

after 2.4.2., add another bullet,

2.4.3. Gravity sewers that are expected to be subject to very low flow conditions (such as the upstream reaches of a system) shall be designed accordingly to provide appropriate flushing velocity. Designs that increase the Operations and Maintenance costs above those normally expected, shall not be permitted.

2.4.3: typo in last line, change to "maintenance"

2.7.1: Add a sentence at the end, "A minimum SDR Ratio of 28 is required for all new sewers."

2.9.2. edit sentence to "... designed to forcemain watertightness standards...".

2.10.3: "straight-through"

2.10.10 reword "...is a risk, a watertight design shall be specified."
(we want the whole MH to be considered).

2.10.13. : this is redundant, covered in 2.10.10 (remove 2.10.10).
