We are totally opposed to the amendments in your proposal
We strongly believe that wild birds should remain in the wild environment and not be captured so that humans can have fun (however traditional, etc. etc.) with them.
We had thought that the practice of capturing wild animals and using them for display or sport was coming to an end and are disappointed to see that the opposite appears to be true.
Please do not go ahead with your proposed amendments.
