This proposal is ill advised. Do we really need to add to the list of wild birds that are tormented and abused for 200 Ontarions pleasure? What good comes from this at all? I fail to see how this anachronistic practice of falconry is an activity that merits support of any kind. What a ridiculous waste of legislative time and taxpayers money! Added to this fact that the goshawk is an uncommon majestic hawk. Please spare this bird from human tormenting.
