There are far fewer goshawks than the other 4 species. See no reason to proceed with this proposal. Am uneasy with the increased number that could be taken in the other 4 species. Sounds like a dramatic increase in the number of birds taken into captivity, if each of the 200 falconers take a bird. There is no indication in the potential impact on these species if that occurred. Far prefer to see these hawks fly free.
