I am a professional planner and resident of east Toronto. I strongly support this proposal which appears to be appropriate for its land use and immediate context. It is important to embrace opportunities to improve our environmental situation and reduce unnecessary waste and vehicle trips. The NIMBY voices have reigned too long in Toronto. It is time to say yes to smart ideas.
