Hi,
I think this is great and it will certainly change the way packaging and products are treated by both the consumer and producer.
Will businesses also be accountable for recycling? I think this is still mind boggling to me that most businesses don't recycle because it's too expensive for them. How can we change this? How can we ensure that everyone is accountable for recycling and garbage waste?
