Love the idea, but how would you ensure companies like Amazon adhere to this? They don't "produce" most of their items; they merely ship them. They're one of the biggest waste producers in the province, if not the country, but would likely find the loopholes so that they don't need to reduce their waste. Can you add clarity that shipping companies are required to adhere to this as well as producers?
