Please ensure to take comments from environmental groups to ensure changes to the recycling system contribute to a cleaner environment and does not create additional issues (such as companies disposing of “recyclables” in unsafe ways). We really need a more circular system as opposed to producing more and more plastics and packaging. This is critical at this point.
