Allowing water taking of any amount without local consent in unacceptable. Furthermore, existing permits to take water for bottling purposes must be fazed out quickly. With expanding populations, municipalities need to protect their fresh water sources now and into the future. Water must be for people, not profit. Water is essential for life. Protect it above all else.
