I agree with the proposal changes but not a minimum threshold for bottled water taking. That is, municipalities should be consulted and give support before any new or increased bottled water taking by companies. I would like to see removal of the minimum threshold of 379,000 so that there is municipal consultation on ALL amounts of bottle water taking.
