I respectfully request a change in the Proposed Permissions Framework exemption (O.Reg. 524/98). I request a change to the Wood Biomass CHP System Permissions Proposal, to expand the existing exemption by adding up to 5 kW of power to current exemption of 50 kW for heat. I suggest increasing the 5 kW of power to a higher limit or removing the limit entirely. A 20 kW power limit would be more suitable to encompass currently available technology. See attached pdf showing an available product which exceeds 5 kW of power output.
