This proposal is effectively a pay-to-kill system in which those with enough money will be able to walk away from destroying essential habitats and environments of at risk species with no more than a lighter pocket.
This is a dangerous act that, if enacted, will permanently damage the nature, pride, and ethics of Ontario and Canada.
