Hi, I totally disagree with this new proposal as an ebike user myself I depend on it to get around so do many other people, as bus's and taxis are very expensive and not everyone can afford to commute this way to work or to get groceries as I live in a small town of 12,500 people out of these 12,500 minuim 200 of them drive ebikes that can't afford to own a car and have no other means of transportation, to get around thus they own ebikes as their primary source of transportation, I believe this new proposal would leave a lot of people who depend on ebikes as a very significant disadvantage and this proposal shouldn't be aloud to go thru. We are all have to share the road, punish the people who are pulling off the pedals and governor and leave the rest of us that abide by the laws alone.
