I believe that this proposal doesn't do enough to protect the historic and culturally important buildings in municipality's from demolition and/or detrimental changes. There needs to be protections in place to protect the culture and image of cities. Protect them from becoming the vision of development companies instead of the organically grown cities that attract tourists and the value that comes with living in a beautiful city, not just one attempting to maximize the number and cost of units.
