Stop using MZOs to give major portions of the developments that are built there to inaccessible uses, and to bulldoze proper process to involve the communities and environmental issues. People need communities invested in by private companies when they develop, and people need affordable housing for those who make minimum wage even on part time scheduling. These communities need to be a part of provincial planning and zoning considerations because these developments are happening in their neighborhood and they deserve to be part of the decision. People over profit, that's why government isn't a business and shouldn't be fun like one. People need adorable housing in Toronto, and fair income distribution to afford bare minimum living costs, this site should be dedicated to it, especially because you choose to bulldoze a historic site that the community wanted to keep.
