This is an egregious use of Government power to suit the interests of corporate and capital greed.
Bypassing the city and community that these orders + planning affects means giving the Minister unchecked power to allow any developers or businesses that pay the most free reign to disrupt community planning for their own benefit.
MZOs are bad, and furthering these kinds of powers should not be allowed.
