proposes to REMOVE drought time restrictions on water bottlers like Nestlé as of April 1 of this year is UNACCEPTABLE. Which means, that as summer rolls around and as residents we might all are be required to do our part and adjust our water usage when drought conditions arise, there will no longer exist the legal requirement for water bottling companies like Nestlé to cut back on their water taking for profit. Please ensure drought time restrictions are maintained for water bottlers.
