Thank you for considering my input on this water-taking proposal.
When host communities find themselves in drought conditions or when they believe they may find themselves in a water shortage situation, I believe the host community, where the water bottling or pumping facility is situated, should be empowered to require the commercial water bottling business to reduce their pumping and bottling activities.
The Ontario Government should have the authority to enforce this order upon the commercial water business with 3 days notice.
