Metrolinx proposes building a layover for diesel trains in the lower don valley.
This doesn't fit with the protections of river valley watercourses.
The city is trying to rehabilitate the don river and establish the Don River Valley Park.
Metrolinx will have a bunch of diesel trains parked in the area while they idle spewing diesel fumes in this area.
