I believe strongly in the importance of both maintaining the existing Greenbelt and growing its size. One simple way to do this is to reject any proposed developments on the Greenbelt, including the Ford government's proposed Highway 413.
Highway 413 would be a disaster for the environment, while providing negligible time savings for people who commute by car. The money that would be spent on this destructive project would serve the public much better if it were invested in public transit.
I urge you to protect the Greenbelt by rejecting Highway 413. Thank you.
