The MNRF has repeatedly cited this operator for non-compliance to the terms of its license. Miller has not complied with orders to correct the issues identified. This has been going on for at least 12 years as is evident by the MNRF's own inspection reports.
They should not be permitted to avoid their obligations under the license through the site amendment process. The MNRF should be doing its job to ensure that aggregate operations are in compliance.
This site amendment application should be denied. Failure to do so means that the MNRF, a responsible governing body, is not doing its job.
