I wish to comment that I am strongly opposed to the proposed Schedule 3 in Bill 257 and wish to see it removed. The Provincial Policy Statement has been developed through many years of consultation. The interests of the public and of the environment need to be taken into consideration when making very important and permanent planning and development decisions. The PPS should not be ignored and development should not be exempted from the PPS by Minister's Zoning Orders. If a development were appropriate, an MZO would not be needed.

Please show consideration for the sensitive lands that need to be protected for our present and future generations.
