I am opposed to the application to take water at the Teedon pits. This water is among the purest in the world and world leading scientists are planning to do a complete study on why this is so in order to increase the world knowledge about groundwater flows and related science. The washing of aggregates threatens this water source. The applicants have not been diligent in their assessment of effects on neighboring properties and have demonstrated a lack of public concern by not following up on concerns raised by residents in the area.
