As a hunter i think a possible solution is to allow hunters an open season on the wild boar population. This would reduce numbers allready estalished thereby keeping them from overpopulating. I personaly have eaten wild boar and the meat is delicious. The majority of hunters are very responsible and follow the rules and guidlines set out by the mnr. I believe hunter predation to be a very possible solution to this dilema. Along with stemming the tide of overpopulation hunting will also feed famillies.
